Nel modello dedicato, il magazzino (o una sua parte riservata) è configurato esclusivamente per il vostro business: layout e personale ottimizzati solo per voi. Nel multi-cliente, spazio e risorse sono condivisi tra più clienti — con KPI e tracciabilità individuali — abbattendo i costi fissi a parità di servizio.

Sì. Gestiamo parzialmente o totalmente le attività di magazzino — nei nostri 8 hub o direttamente nei vostri stabilimenti. Potete iniziare con una singola funzione (stoccaggio, preparazione ordini) e scalare nel tempo.

Con 8 hub e oltre 146.000 m², i volumi extra si assorbono senza impattare i lead time. Il reparto di ingegneria interna pianifica la redistribuzione delle risorse settimane prima del picco — Black Friday, fine stagione, lanci prodotto.

Permette di importare e stoccare merci extra-UE rinviando il pagamento dei dazi al momento dell'effettivo utilizzo. Vantaggio di cassa significativo per chi importa volumi rilevanti da Asia o USA. Il magazzino di Mantova è certificato per questa funzione, con supporto del team doganale interno.

L'analisi dei flussi avviene in 1–2 settimane. Per modelli standard il go-live avviene tipicamente entro 4–8 settimane. Per progetti dedicati i tempi variano in base ai requisiti. Forniamo sempre un piano di avvio con milestone definite.
